FOR STAR WARS: UNLIMITED COLLECTORS

HOLOCRON

A kyber-lit command vault for every leader, base, variant, sealed display, and chase pull.

Built for the way SWU collectors actually make decisions: leader/base identity, aspect penalties, variant treatments, sealed rows, source context, and the eternal deck-versus-binder argument.

6 official aspects Showcase chases respected Deck vs binder logic Sealed display rows

Not a card database. A shrine for the cards that made you gasp.

Holocron starts with Star Wars: Unlimited itself: the leader/base ritual, the aspect puzzle, sealed product gravity, marketplace provenance, and the ridiculous little thrill of seeing a Showcase frame catch the light.

Leader + Base

Deck identity is tracked like identity.

Leader, base, aspect penalties, favorite shells, and the cards that keep showing up in your locals meta stay connected instead of scattered across notes, tabs, and memory.

Treatments

Normal is not Hyperspace. Foil is not Showcase.

Common, Uncommon, Rare, and Legendary form the ladder; foil, Hyperspace, Hyperspace foil, Showcase leaders, and Prestige/Carbonite-era variants all carry different collection weight and deserve different visual drama.

Set Waves

The timeline matters.

Spark of Rebellion, Shadows of the Galaxy, Twilight of the Republic, Jump to Lightspeed, Legends of the Force, Secrets of Power, A Lawless Time, and the incoming Ashes of the Empire era belong in one gorgeous memory palace.

Deck vs Binder

Your binder has a strategy arc.

Track chase cards, aspect pairings, deck experiments, trade extras, and the market tremors around the cards people cannot stop sleeving.

Deck / Binder / Trade

Every copy gets a job.

One regular Legendary can be a playable. One Hyperspace foil can be a binder trophy. One extra copy can be trade-table leverage. Holocron keeps those intents separated instead of flattening them into quantity.

Displays / Kits / Carbonite

Sealed product belongs in the vault.

Booster boxes, prerelease kits, Carbonite-style premium product, and display cases need cost basis, source, condition, and open-or-hold notes next to singles, not in a forgotten spreadsheet tab.

TCGPlayer / Cardmarket / SWUDB

Price without provenance is noise.

Listing source, region, condition, language, owned status, and database context travel with the card so a tempting market price becomes a collector decision instead of a vibes-based panic buy.

Set Memory

Release waves stay readable.

Main sets, preview waves, promos, and supplementary products can carry different collection pressure. Holocron keeps set identity visible before price history starts arguing with nostalgia.

First, worship the cards. Then let the tools orbit them.

Holocron is a private-beta suite of SWU collector instruments. Each piece owns a different moment: researching cards, checking listings, scanning images, organizing the vault, and preparing watch rules as the alert layer comes online.

1

Local Vault First

Main and Archives keep the collection grounded locally during private beta. Companion surfaces read collection context and hand off deeper edits to the right vault surface.

2

Variant-Aware Pricing

Market Sense treats a regular rare, Hyperspace foil, and Showcase leader as different financial objects because collectors do too.

3

Companion Signals

As companions arrive, Main becomes the calm signal desk for recognition results, marketplace context, scanner finds, and future alert summaries.

4

Future Field Bridge

The mobile companion is designed for trade tables, binders, and camera scans. Browser-to-iOS convergence comes after the durable bridge is ready.

Every Holocron promise has a place in the galaxy.

This page is for Star Wars: Unlimited collectors first. The suite underneath follows a strict launch canon: the vault starts local, marketplace judgment belongs to the marketplace companion, alerts wait for the backend engine, and the iOS bridge arrives only after durable sync is ready.

Phase 0 · Local vault

Kyber Vault

Owns the SWU collection of record in private beta: leaders, bases, aspect filters, sealed rows, valuation glance, and companion signal summaries.

Does not scan pages, inject listings, bulk-edit, or fire alerts.
Wave 2 · Marketplace judgment

Market Sense

Owns listing context on TCGPlayer and Cardmarket first: treatment matching, ownership badges, deal quality, and price-history panels when real snapshots exist.

eBay waits for kill-switch, staging, and review evidence.
Wave 3 · Research glow

Force Sight

Owns explicit and supported non-marketplace recognition for SWU research pages, articles, decklists, and card references.

Marketplace listing pages stay with Market Sense.
Phase 0 · Desktop operations

The Archives

Owns the big-screen collection workspace: dense grids, CSV import/export, bulk edits, saved views, sealed rows, and deep portfolio analysis.

Main stays the calm glance; Archives owns the surgery.
Wave 3 · Backend-first watch

Price Watch

Owns watchlists, trigger rules, alert inbox, and notification preferences once the backend alert engine is available.

No page injection. No client-side polling cosplay.
Wave 4 · Explicit scan

Card Scan

Owns paste/upload and supported visible-tab still-image recognition for messy screenshots, binder photos, and listing images.

No silent capture, no raw screenshot retention.
Phase 2 · Future field bridge

Mobile Companion

Designed for binder checks, trade-table math, camera workflows, and cross-platform continuity after sync contracts are durable.

Browser launch does not pretend iOS sync shipped early.

Six instruments, each tuned to a different SWU obsession.

  • Source capture for region, condition, language, and listing context
  • Contextual price history when enough real snapshots exist

Card Scan

Found a blurry listing image, a Discord flex, or a seller photo hiding the treatment line? Drop it into Card Scan and push the match into the vault with confidence notes attached.

  • Explicit paste or upload for card images
  • Visible-tab still-image paths only where the browser proves stable
  • Identifies card, set, treatment, and Hyperspace printing candidates
  • Shows market context when a confident match exists

Price Watch

Price Watch is the planned alert companion for the cards that live rent-free in your head: Showcase leaders, Hyperspace foils, sleeper legendaries, sealed displays, and the one card your deck refuses to function without.

  • Watch rules for specific cards and variants
  • Separate watch lanes for singles and sealed product
  • Drop targets for buy-window planning
  • Trigger setup first; live firing waits for backend monitoring
  • Alert inbox and contextual charts after price history exists
  • Main shows summaries instead of duplicating alert operations

Owns: watchlists, trigger rules, alert inbox, notification preferences, and alert context.

Never claims: page injection or client-side alert polling as product truth.

For binders, locals, and the trade table drama.

The mobile companion is where Holocron meets physical cards: camera workflows, binder checks, trade math, and collection flexing. Browser and mobile are designed to converge after the bridge is ready, without pretending the future has already shipped.

  • Camera scan design path — identify physical SWU cards when the mobile build owns it
  • Offline vault design — collection access when the convention hall signal collapses
  • Trade calculator roadmap — compare piles before the handshake
  • Future bridge — browser and mobile converge when durable sync is ready

Six aspects. One galaxy.

Heroism, Villainy, Vigilance, Command, Aggression, and Cunning are not filter chips. They are deck identity, collection identity, and price behavior waiting to be understood.

Vigilance Patience and defense
Command Board and resources
Aggression Damage and pressure
Cunning Tempo and tricks
Villainy Ambition and sacrifice
Heroism Teamwork and hope

Your vault starts on your device.

Holocron is designed local-first in private beta. Collection state stays under your control, marketplace page data is handled with restraint, and beta access is intentionally closed while the product is hardened.
